Mine was probably my Barbie Doll Dream House in 1960. It was cardboard, and the price tag said $5.95 (my mother was bad about never remember to take off the sticker). I loved that house though. Played with it for at least five years - almost every day. It was wonderful.

There were also beautiful pictures on the back walls to make it more realistic. The outside was covered with roses and looked like it was built with pink bricks. The windows were white plastic and there was a double door leading out onto the balcony upstairs. The third floor was decorated to look like a nursery. One side was pink and the other was blue. There were baby furniture, toys, and other accesories in the picture on the walls. I lost this house about 2 years ago. It meant alot to me and I would really love to find out if I could ever have another one.
