   I used to use legos
   Cardborad would work but you need the thicker stuff.

   i am an architecture major in college,we do it all the time with glueguns n card board.get some sticks for supprt n be sure to draw ur plan on paper first

   Why not? Go to a nearby p.c. Richards or the like and ask if you can have their empty refrigerator or washing machine boxes. go to your local carpet and tile shops for remnants that you can use to decorate your house. wall paper remnants too. sure you can, use your imagination, I bet your child will help with that, children are remarkable little inventors!! glad to hear that a mother is doing something with their child these days rather than sticking them in front of a video or game-boy.
