   You may try magic eraser, usually they won’t hurt but with you saying the color is gone, it may have that effect too, just a suggestion

   Mr clean magic eraser , or make a thick paste from baking soda and water and apply it to the crayon marks and rub it in and wipe it off… i use the magic eraser and the baking soda paste to remove crayone marks form the walls and the baking soda works very good i have a god child that marks on everything with crayons and when they surface is to rough for the magic eraser and i dont want it to tear i use the baking soda paste and it removes them very well and it doesnt take away the color like the magic eraser would sometimes..for instance she marked on the leather sofa with a black crayon and the magic eraser was fading the teal color of the leather in that spot so i tried the baking soda and it removed the cryon but didnt fade the color of the sofa…

   Goo-Be-Gone,it’s great for removing stickers and crayon marks off everything.Good Luck!
